Circle

Members from Circle's CSV export, posts and comments from the export Circle support provides, and courses rebuilt in your new LMS. Payments stay in your own Stripe.

Mighty Networks

Members from the Mighty Networks export, posts and events through its API on plans that include it, with a delta re-sync at cutover. Courses are rebuilt on WordPress.

Skool

Members from Skool's CSV export, with courses and community spaces rebuilt on a WordPress site with no platform revenue share. Skool does not export posts.

Bettermode (Tribe)

Members from Bettermode's built-in export, and discussions and spaces through its API, rebuilt on a WordPress community.

Discourse

Topics, replies, users and uploads from a full Discourse backup, migrated into a WordPress forum or community.

Facebook Groups

Facebook does not let admins export posts or member emails. We rebuild the community on WordPress and plan how to invite your members across.

Discord and Slack groups

Discord and Slack limit what a server owner can export. We move what their APIs allow, rebuild the rest, and bring members into a searchable WordPress community.

Kajabi and Teachable communities

Contacts from Kajabi or Teachable exports, courses rebuilt lesson by lesson, and payments carried over when they run through your own Stripe or PayPal.

What actually moves

How a migration runs

  1. Audit and estimate

    We review the source platform, what needs to move and what does not, then give you a scope and a price. No charge for this.

  2. Staging build

    The migration runs against a staging copy first, so you can check member data before anything is public.

  3. Delta sync

    New activity on the old platform is pulled in again right up to cutover, so nobody loses recent posts.

  4. Cutover

    DNS and redirects switch at a time you choose, usually outside your community's busiest hours.

  5. Verification

    We check member counts, courses, media and links against the source platform before calling it done.

Destination options

A SaaS community platform is rented: your members, their data and your pricing all depend on someone else's roadmap. WordPress puts the code, database and domain in your name.

Questions about moving off a SaaS platform

How long does a migration take?
It depends on member and content volume. You get a firm estimate after the audit, usually within 24 hours of sending us access.
Will members lose access during the move?
No. We build and test on a staging copy, then run a delta sync that catches anything posted after the initial migration, right up to cutover.
Do we have to move to BuddyNext?
No. BuddyPress with BuddyX or Reign, or BuddyBoss, are fully supported destinations. We recommend BuddyNext for new builds because it is built for communities specifically, but the decision is yours.
Will we lose our SEO rankings?
Old URLs redirect to their WordPress equivalents, so search engines and shared links keep working after cutover.
What about active subscriptions and payments?
If billing runs through your own Stripe account, active subscriptions are reconnected to the new membership setup without a gap. If the platform owns the payment account, as Skool and Kajabi Payments do, we plan a re-signup with you.
Can you move everything from any platform?
No, and nobody honestly can. Facebook Groups, Discord and Slack restrict exports, and no platform exports passwords or full courses. The free audit tells you exactly what moves and what gets rebuilt.
